My career began as a software engineer at Xerox, spent some time being a stay-at-home mom, worked at my children’s school, and owned a website design company, Edge Web Design Group, for over a decade.

No matter what my job was, I made time for my favorite activity, baking. I’d look for any opportunity to bake from birthday parties and family gatherings to school and church events, I was always baking. I watched so many baking shows that even my children have become bakers themselves.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve talked about wanting to turn this passion into a profession. Being of Middle-Eastern descent myself I decided to start a baking business and introduce others to a different style of pastry.
