Meet the Baker
Hello! My name is Valia Eskandari and I’m so glad you found us. I am Armenian and was born and raised in Iran. My family and I emigrated in 1979 right after the Iranian Revolution, lived in Barcelona, Spain for two years and in 1981, we settled in the United States. I graduated with an engineering degree, got married, and had two beautiful children.
I always had a love for baking and if I wanted to enjoy the treats of my childhood in the Portland area, I had to bake them myself.
